I made a mistake to leave a top unit in the game and I am now have started my own unit. We are not having problems getting casual pilots but any suggestions on getting competitive pilots? he ones that are not weekend warriors. Want to play in tournements and such?
What would make you want to join a new unit for comeptitive purposes?
I had the idea of paying the pilots thier premium time but to many people said it would get taken advantage of. Sort of an incentive.
Any ideas. I dont need the trolling please. I am trying to make this work before my tournament gets approval.
Thanks

Recruit new guys, train em up. The ones who are worth keeping will make themselves known. As your company/unit grows you'll figure out whose going to stick around and who the good pilots are.
Have some casual nights and a few serious nights where all the "good" pilots run in a group and try and make a name for themselves the rest of the time consider it training for all the plebs.
Don't pay for premium time, bad move.
