I have noticed a few times in two different mechs, my Jenner and Jaggermech that while in game, a volley of missiles will be launched at me and I will get no "Warning, incoming missile!" This is not a TAG use because in my Jenner I saw the volley be sent by a Cat, heard nothing and saw no blinking "Missile," then I ran for cover behind a hill so if it was tag the missiles would not hit, then all of a sudden, BAM! 30 some missiles nailed me in the back when I was well in cover that TAG could not reach but a Missile Lock with target decay could have. In the case with my Jaggermech, I was shooting in one direction and focusing getting all 4 of my AC/2 shots to hit a target while I get killed from LRMs hitting me in the back. There was hardly any kick from the missiles hitting me so I find that to be a bit strange too.
(Note: Both events happened at Alpine)
(Yes I had the volume on, I play with skull candy speakers so they were blasting)
There is either one of two problems here:
First the lock warning system does not work because of some glitch, proven by the Jenner situation.
Second is that the "Warning, incoming missiles!" is no longer there to warn people. This would seem legit, but then I have heard it playing after that game.
I find this to be a rather concerning problem that I cannot hear that missiles are coming unless we are not suppose to hear that now. Thank you Devs for creating the best game in the universe.

I've noticed this with ballistics too. Killshots are silent, leaving me asking "Wtf was that!?" after every death. No "Tink" of ballistics, boom of PPCs or hellrain of LRM.

Have had the same problem on Frozen city, looked at my layout and I had yellow torso, no fire direction warning or sound of impact.

It would appear that some sounds are simply missing. The AC20 reload "clank" after you fire is also gone.

Yep i have had this on forest colony, no warning of missiles, no sounds and no impact shake if i remember correctly

Yep happened to me on Alpine, I was sniping, I literally didn't realized to be under a LRM shower by two Stalkers, no hit indication, no screen shake, no incoming missile.. I barely noticed this because I heard critical damage and torso twist (casually) in the direction of the lrm shower to see.. oh well a stream of missiles killing me.

Maybe they removed the warning since Missiles have been relegated to confetti cannons?
