Ping Is All Over The Place Lately

Not sure where to put this, so I will just leave it here....

What is going on, PGI? My ping which is normally steady at 25-35 is all over the place from 25-300. This is leading to some crazy rubber banding/warping which is really making the game unplayable.

Is anyone else experiencing this lately?

Yes...I'm generally 50-90 ping...yesterday and today 150+ ping rate... have notice more rubber-banding than usual as well.
