Atlas AS7-D-DC: 2 Lrg Lsr, AC/20, 3 SRM 6's, and ECM. Artemis and Double Heat Sinks.
Atlas AS7-RS: 2 ER-PPC, 1 Gauss Rifle, 1 Medium Lsr, 2 streak SRM. Double Heat Sinks.
Since the patch, the primary use has been on leveling the RS, so assume most of these bugs have happened while using the ranged variant.
I have been experiencing the main community bugs since the patch:
1) Minimap and directional cone does not move with my facing. Stays at a static up-position.
2) The mini map is frozen with all icons either missing or stacked on the central point (aka, it's useless).
3) The targeting system is gone and IFF becomes extremely difficult, especially in close-proximity mosh's. No arrows over heads, no information on locks, no red or blue identification. Just mini map indicators.
4) A not-as-common one I have experienced has been moderate-to-severe drop in frame rate while using either night or thermal vision. My GPU is perfectly capable of handling anything thrown at it, yet this bogged my system down. (system specs to follow)
And now for the newest addition to my list:
5) While using the RS, upon losing my Gauss Rifle, my torso and arm reticle became locked. I do not know if this is intentional or whether it matters because the streaks are homing anyways. I did make a note of it in case this is not intentional and it does matter. And to answer your inevitable follow-up question; yes, I did double check that I had it unchecked in my options menu while this was happening.
As for the frame-rate issue, here are my specs:
3.6Ghz 8-core processor
16Gigs of DDR3 ram
GeForce GTX 660 Ti 3G of DDR 5 vid mem.
And my heat efficiency runs between 35c and 50c while playing graphically demanding games. Highly demanding games sometimes spike to 60c, but with a limit of 90c, I'm still in the medium temperature area and my games should not be affected (especially when it only spikes upon activating Thermal and night vision in the necessary maps).
And the internet is not an issue. I'm consistently below 75 ping.
Thoughts?
Edit*: I now have another experienced glitch simply MOMENTS after posting this. Upon entering a game, it immediately CTD'd.
