I can move around the map normally, but can't damage other players. Other players see my mech sitting in my team's base, not moving.
Also, despite playing at a solid 70-80 ping, my chat messages are delayed 5+ seconds.
Also, my zoom and targeting commands work, but are delayed over a minute.
Finally got a chance to play since the patch, but both games have had this bug so far. I'm gonna try doing a fresh install before I try again, since the bug basically screws my team. (although in the 2nd game, my team won despite being down a person)
Will update this post after the fresh install finishes.

I just ran into this today. When I drop into game it seems like my mech begins startup a few seconds after everyone else's. I then remain a few seconds behind the entire match.
If someone holds still long enough I can hit them, or if I hold still long enough enemy mechs can hit me. Lasers fire as normal and appear to hit and cause enemy armor to glow, but no damage is done and the crosshairs don't blink red. Missiles seem to fire when I click, but I don't see them fire. I also cannot zoom or target enemies.
