Can someone make an app that runs on android and IOS that syncs with MWO games and acts as a command console? I'd like access to Radar, Map, and Score board. Weapons groups would be nice but not required.

Not everything needs to run on a phone.

PGI has said that they're not working on any secondary screen features right now. If they're not doing that, the chances for an app like that seem remote.
