Theres no alternate for Atlas right this moment, and it's variants don't give enough tolerance for ballistics.
I think you might want to consider bringing Annihilator and a rival for it to 100ton-class.

Annihilator would be fun.

However, the first assault that can take dual gauss or AC20's with weapons to complement is going to become the best assault in the game instantly. I think they are hesitant to do that.
