I think I have the original around here somewhere. I liked the "wheel mode" thing quite a bit.

They've got some interesting ideas with that. I don't think it would be better than MWO but I would prefer it over Hawken.

I liked the previous Heavy Gear games, and the Heavy Gear Universe/Lore is also quite big.(different factions in a North and South style etc..)
so i was really thrilled when they announced a new Heavy Gear game...........................

...but then I saw/read that they are going to make the battles only as some kind of battle arena matches...and then I became a little bit sad..
Imagine a Mechwarrior game with only Solaris VII gameplay...

also their crowdfunding needs a little boost:
