Due to a unexpected changes in PayPal's system, the Express Checkout service is not currently functional at this time. This may prevent users from making new purchases through this option on Playspan, or delay receipt of purchases already made.
Please standby as we await a resolution from PayPal.

Seems they've solved the issue. Works for me now.

Well, I still can't use it. After logging into paypal and pressing pay now, it says it was rejected or cancelled.

its th3 23rd and its not working for me, my bank says paypal took my mone but i never got my credits...

Okay. I'm having it completely process through paypal, have MWO say 'your paypal payment has been processed. Thank you!' then 2 seconds later it pops up with an error message then cancels my paypal order and is refunded automatically. I sent a complaint to playspan's website.
At the end of it my money is returned but why does MWO keep canceling it? Not accepting it? Have the paypal option?
A ticket was generated through UltimatePay Customer Service. Wish me luck on this!

yah i just tried every option that paypal offers me, linked bank account, linked visa debit card but cant get accepted for 'bill me later' but for the other two options IT PROCESSES!! MWO says thanks for using bla bla bla then >SMACK<

Still having my Paypal and card denied. Finally found a section on the site that explains your number of transactions is limited for the first five days of purchase activity. So.... to protect us, they won't take our money more than once in five days >.<
