There are STILL no patch notes for the rubber-banding hot-fix in the Patch Notes section of the forum.

You can't expect casuals, or even regulars, to get any value from the way the forums are organized if PGI's own staff can't figure it out.

Post the rubber-banding notes to the Patch Notes section already.
