Any Updates On The Crash To Mechlab Problem?

I still get this problem all the time. Has anyone figured it out yet? this is the only game where my biggest problem is just being able to play it.

No update here. I sent in my crash logs, dxdiag, system info, and they even asked me what cable modem I was using and how many hops to the servers I'm located. I'm only 11 hops out, cable modem SnR and power levels are almost perfect, etc. Then they closed the ticket and sent the automated "how'd we do?" email. Right. Should be a refund option if they want to keep calling this "beta" cus right now I'm $100 deep into a game I literally cant play. NEVER had this before.

Try reinstalling.

Just tried to give a tip to help a couple frustrated players, I don't know their story, neither do you, **** off.
