Emp Bomb Consumable?

Wondering what you guys think about a new consumable to take out large groups of ECM carrying mechs. I was thinking it might work like this..
only one active per team at any time.
lands in an area and disrupts ECM or ECM and Sensors for any mechs within the area of effect.
Active for a period of 15-30 seconds or until you move from the AoE.
Active in a radius of 30-60m.

I figured it would work best if you end up with a cluster of 3-4 D-DC's in one area. With ECM's being available on more mech variants you are more likely to see clusters of them.

Meh, would rather have PPC shots have a short EMP effect, HUD and sensors fade and return, ect.
