Slow Server Searching For Long Times

Game Launch searching Process seems to be taking really long times trying to figure out if it's to Many or to few playing also seems to Be a connectivity issue. Not sure where it's coming from though. already ruled out My ISP My connection to the ISP seems to be a in between Me/ISP and MWO servers and it only appears in Latest Patch build this is Happening.
