Divided Whining=Less Whining in appearance

This. It was just done to remove all the complaints people have, and some of them were real but neglecting bad press is not as bad as reading them it seems.

Really bad decision

I think after 7 days max they will see the forum statistics and the huge dump the user numbers will experience and then they will know that this was a suckers move.

A forum without flames leads to a game without dedicated users which leads to a game everybody will forget very fast.

I know the QQ was astronomical, I do think this too, but just putting a black blanket over it and shutting it completely down is not the way to go I think

Pretty much sums up the "group think" of today' gamers in a nutshell. I remember a time.... (oh forget it)

Whoever changed the general forums should be shot in the face with a PPC...

I forsee pay to get Clan mechs early/clan founders(aka P2W); considering the reactions to many of their latest releases it's the only reason I can think of to remove the hallowed General Chat.

P.S.: If you check your consumer law(USA, Canada, UK and Aust.) you'll find that recreating an advertised "limited edition release" is a civil proceedings liability under at least one statute(about 3 in the US I think... it actually comes close to Ponzi in this case as the funds where funnelled off to fund other 'Founders funded' schemes).

Crowd funding is not a no strings attached agreement PGI. Be wary what you pitch next.

Given that the complaint people had was that there were too many sub-divisions which made it a bother to find anything outside of GD the solution isn't removing GD and forcing every one to use the sub-divisions.
