Mc Credits Gone To Wrong Account, Please Help Us Fix This...

so a friend and i both play the game from the same computer. i decided i was going to buy 3000 MC so that i could buy a mech. i clicked the in game link to buy credits and it opened up firefox to sell them to me. i purchase the credits with no problems, until i realize that the browser it pulled up wsa logged into my friends account. i bought 3000 MC, with my money, unknowingly, for my friend. in a attempt to rectify this problem he tried to buy equal credits for me but the purchase was declined, just like always. so now he has 15$ worth of my credits.

any help for this problem at all? considering i couldnt find contact numbers for ultimate pay, piranha games, or a MWO support number...

Submit a ticket to support@mwomercs.com detailing what transpired.

I am not entirely sure what they can do for you.

I have 2 accounts and sent it to the wrong one. Best thing to do is contact support@mwomercs.com. If that dosen't work contact your bank and get the refund.

They can't do anything. I've been told by support that they cannot credit an account MC ever because the tools are not capable of doing this.

Well, Support@mwomercs.com is the only way to peruse problems related to MC.

The website forum staff don't have the tools needed to address anything related to MC because the purchase of MC takes place over secure servers hosted by payspan/ultimateplay. So posting here in the website support forum probably won't be the ultimate solution.

The Support Staff at support@mwomercs.com can do things to peoples' in-game accounts, like bans/suspensions and some stuff with MC and C-bills... but I don't know what tools they have/don't have regarding actual monetary transactions. Your best bet is to contact support with the exact nature of your problem and see what options are available to you. Hope this helps :ph34r:

I'm going to lock this thread because there's not much more to discuss at this point... the support staff can do stuff to in-game accounts, but the forum staff can only do things related to your forum postings, or by notifying support, themselves. Support@mwomercs.com is also the place to go to submit detailed reports of bugs, suspected cheating, farmnig, teamkilling, and other in-game events.
