Neither because the new mech is an assault.

Shh...the warhammer is already complete. Proof is in the MW5 gameplay trailer. Question is will they include it at launch, save it for future surprise, or not ise it at all due to legal reasons.

Since they said they have not engaged in legal battle with HG (and hence, have not secured the rights, nor has Catalyst), it's either that or they will use something that isn't the unseen ripoff Warhammer.

Otherwise, HG will just have to wait until the game is doing good and then launch the legal offensive for maximum benefits.

They could do the Warhammer with the look that graces the new intro box cover

It would be cool if the warhammer is the "Founder's Mech".

;)

Neither, as I don't like the reseen look of both mechs.

Read the topic and got creeps... and than this... that is a offense. When you want to become old and want to die in bed you have to rename the title

Maybe by "not engaged in a legal battle" they mean they were able to come to some kind of agreeable treaty without a protracted fight. Okay, yeah, wishful thinking on my part. I want my archer-marauder-warhammer-t-bolt-p-hawk.

Both. I love the T-Bolt as a 'Mech, and the WarHammer, even if redesigned from the Robotech look, is iconic.

Why isn't there more T-Bolt love in the forums? Just where do you think the clan Thor came from?

Lets be absolutely clear here. There is no legal battle taking place, nor will there be. Macross crap will never be used...ever. Project: Phoenix incarnations will be be the only models used; If these models are unfamiliar to you, you are not up to date on you BT canon. Take it from a old Fanpro Commando. Get over it!

Which was given a cease and desist notice because the unit resembled the orignal artwork owned by Harmony Gold too much.

People, just give up on the unseen, the Warhammer COULD come back, but it's not going to be as the oldstyle unseen. I loved them also, but the unseen are gone. Making the artwork isn't that much of a challenge, legal issues are.
