Russian Language forum title is displaying vertically.
Is this a bug or does Chekov work for IGP?

It happens from time to time, but it seems that F5 fixes it. I guess it happens when page doesn't load properly.
I use Chrome

I get it from time to time.
using chrome. Reloading usually clears it up.
