The Centurion has seriously bugged armor panels for the CT. Its as bad if not worse than what the Raven had for armor panels from the front. You can keep firing at the CT after you removed both torso's and it still keeps going like the energizer bunny.

Hell, I launched 4 volleys of 4 PPC's into the back of a Centurion and the Cent lived through it. I'm just sitting there doing a big: WTF. Half the time when I see a Cent, if its heading straight on for me, I aim at its head, because even with the miss chance, its the best way to remove that bugged chassis.

Unstoppable mediums? I am guessing you are talking about the 130kph 9slaser swaybacks from cb? Because mediums have been the worst class at every other point in this game's history.

Umm, can you say Shadow Cats, Ryokens and Black Lanners? Unless you are talking about just MW:O. In that case, I still say you are wrong. Mediums are great in the right hands.

I enjoy flanking around Heavies and Assaults and getting that sweet 51pt alpha into their rear sections with my Hunchback. I especially love when there are LRMs or other incoming fire from my squad as I can then time my shots to hit when the inbound fire from my team is hitting.

I am still amused when I am the only one pouring damage into someone's rear and they don't bother to see why their armor is stripped and their critical damage indicators are blaring.

he said this game; and I would tend to agree. I love my medium mechs, but in the hands of a newbie they get shredded the easiest.

especially when you got someone piloting a swayback who doesn't know how to manage heat.

Weren't we just arguing about whether mediums were useless a few days ago...?

To reiterate.

Most drops as a medium mech pilot end up like this...

And the Heavy and Assault pilots feel like...

But every so often you get...

You just caught a medium on a drop of badassery. I wouldn't sweat it too much.
