As much as I may not like someone following the letter as opposed to the spirit of things.

Name and Shame is against the rules. Report it instead of trying to get the community to crucify the offender.

I'm merely letting the community know that this is an issue to be on the lookout for. The perpetrator is #1 on the Light Leaderboard from doing this, and others should be aware so they can notice and report it themselves.

If I where to be honest, I think this guy should be made an example of. To deter any future exploiters from doing the same.

Not really a name and shame thread. It accurately depicts what happened and provides a context that doesn't unfairly portray the event. If people decide to 'crucify' him based on his actions, the fault falls purely on his shoulders. It could be argued that calling him a cheater is unnecessary, but hey, if the cat fits...
