With the current meta i think the RS is a superior choice, then the D-DC and D on an equal level. The K.. oh please.

D-DC is the only atlas to use and run it like the beast brawl god that it is.
No point trying to be a "sniper" in an atlas. energy weapons mounted to low so u have to expose far to much of your mech to exchange from cover. The stalker is inifinitly superior in trading damage from around cover than an atlas. And the highlander is obvious 2 drop sniping. If u buy an atlas and try to run it as anything other than a brawling your doing it wrong and just gimping yourself tbh.

I agree with your point that the Atlas chassis is best when kitted out as a brawler. However, I've had some great success with the following RS build (http://mwo.smurfy-ne...f7a5c119c245b80), which features x4 LPL and an AC/20.
