Hello!

Someone had requested I post the macro I use for my JM6-DD on the forums. It's a 5x autocannon setup- I ran 6x for the longest time, switched to 5x one day and never went back.

You lose a bit of firepower but heat, ammo, and speed concerns go away!

This activates on hitting the 3 key and runs through a full cycle before stopping. The dwell of 96ms is calculated based off having the 5% weapon cooldown perk, otherwise I'd have it at about 101-102.

ENSURE YOU RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR OR IT WILL NOT WORK!

Well,the "run as administrator" fixed the whole will not work tidbit. I now has macro'd guns. Woot! Now to be as cheesey as everyone else!

Can try. Though honestly I don't think it'll go much faster. Plus it's hard to macro. Btw, you talking about the HBK-4P?

Sorry yes of course. My mind has been on awesomes all day. Basic math says 9 MLs with a cycle rate of around 3secs means that one should fire every 1/3 of a sec. Surely that'll be pretty?

PS I know the residual heat will make it just as hot as alpha'ing, but this really is curiosity.

Just don't forget to account for Fast Fire if you've got it!

Just worth noting... a lot of setups simply aren't worth macroing in the current meta as macroing generally focuses on sustained DPS vs. Alpha.

The -DD build I used was a gimmick until I really learned to master it, for example. If a stalker/highlander is willing to facetank your cannons/lasers for a second to keep you busy, coordinated fire will wipe you off the map in no time... and trust me, you will draw fire. It's pretty hard to not notice something like this.

...sure does get some compliments, though. It's certainly worth whatever baggage it comes with in the sheer fun factor.

I've been delayed. Yesterday I was one of those whose account was on the server that went down. For something like 8 hours my account "did not exist" and I was in a state of quite some despair. Eventually I was convinced to stop thinking about it by going onto some DayZ. Later checked my mail, and "We solved it. Try it now." It worked, but it was already 10 PM and I spent that time working on a few X-5 build ideas for a new player who shelled out some cash within a few hours of playing for an X-5.

I made a macro that I think may work for a 4P laser boat. Trying it now, will post the vid.

First vid's up! Covers macros with 7 Small Pulse lasers, 9 small lasers, 9 flamers.


Second vid's up! This covers 9 medium lasers, 9 medium pulse lasers, 7 large lasers, and 5 PPCs. Concludes with macroing PPCs until I self-destruct.

Well, this is confusing. I got it to work once, and then it just stopped working.

The script must be run as Administrator.

Warning because of the AC2 Ninja penalty Ghost Heat will fry this mech if you use this script. Test it in Testing Grounds before using it in a live match!

MACROS A lot might hate me 4 saying this but I think they stink and are not good for the game. It is interesting but it is a weapons fire rate buff. Not a fan of it at all.
