Even I dislike WoT it has one of the quickest ways to report issues. Right click, choose action and off it goes. I bet the system makes a mark on logs at the time report is made, for example abusive language, and GMs check and take action. But again required resources for this are propably not present at PGI for now. Maybe later if MWO really kicks off.
