What are your plans to solve unbalance matches such as 8 vs 7 etc. My first idea couple months ago was to implement autobalancing system but you refused it so next idea is that these unfair rounds should not count into our statistics or do you have other idea?
As you can see we had one disconecter and one really big noob, i hate rounds like these.

Autobalancing system. Never heard about it? If one team has more players than the other team the autobalancing system will make the teams even, so basicly if it is 8 vs 7 it kicks one player and makes it 7 vs 7, or if it is 8 vs 6 it switches one player to make 7 vs 7 etc. But developers do not want this.

Oh okay. Gotcha.
The only problem I see with that is the frustration that would occur about getting kicked. Seems like a lot of people would get kicked because of the amount of lop sided games.

Do not kick me out of a match because one of the other team dropped and some people care more about stats than having fun.
Can you imagine how griefable that would be?
A group of people queueing up and leaving, and their actions being able to forcibly disconnect other users from the match!
No, no, no, no, no.

So your solution is to kick players from a match? This isn't the way I would support going.
What I would support is holding the match until a suitable player can be found to fill the spot, which is the direction that they are heading.
Also, the reason that those spots are left open is because of people manipulating their game folders in an effort to avoid certain maps. The matchmaker is not the problem, the cheaters are. The players are submitted to the server by the matchmaker, but a couple of them drop because their game cannot load the map.

Yeah they refused to do this.

I care about both, stats and fun, 8 vs 7 or 8 vs 6... that is not fun for me! But no worries this will not happen.

While the kicking part makes no sense, the auto balance does.
8vs7 - Tough Luck
8vs6 - One player gets shifted to other side

Yeah it WAS my solution but they refused it! Well but what if someone disconect after the matchmaking system fill all slots, huh? Read my first commect carefully, you find answer there.
