Suggestion to increase PPC/ERPPC time by 0.5 sec.
For the game that has evolved and is known as MWO, ppc-type weapons seem to cycle too fast.

I agree, feeling a little guilty using erppc with the recharge time as it is. A recharge slow down is probably needed.
