Hey everyone. So I just finished my new computer build. Got it up, windows loaded, drivers loaded etc, and I went to start to try to redownload the game. However, I can't log in from that computer.

I type email/pw, click enter, and it takes me back to the home screen. It shows that that I still need to log in.

Thought it might have been a network issue, buts the iPad works just fine. Any ideas?

Edit: other sites, I.e Facebook, gmail, work just fine. No issues logging in.

Enter your email address and password, not username

Sorry, that is what I meant. Entered email and pw.

Again, I get no warnings, no incorrect username/pw messages, just get returned to home screen, still needing to log in.

Ensure any firewall or real-time protection programs are either turned off or have Mechwarrior Online as an exception (I'd start by turning everything off and trying to log in to see fi it has any effect)

Ok, so far I have disabled firewalls, allowed mwomercs.com.

Was running a preloaded Internet security from MSI, deleted that and am sticking with Symantec.

I am at a total loss. I work with computers for a living and this one is driving me bonkers.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you also sent a support email to PGI? Use the Support button up top, they are usually pretty quick to respond (though we are now into weekend hours soon in Pacific time)

I am having the same issue with my new cpu build, no idea what it is, but will post if I figure it out. In the mean time, I just logged in on my old pc, downloaded it, saving the file, instead of running it. Put it in a shared folder, transfered to new pc, and installed there.
