What is the best thing to do?

I used to make forum posts about bugs, how to balance, etc. I also used to ask questions in the ask the devs, but they don't listen to us. If this game ever becomes semi playable I have a feeling they would market it to competitive gaming, but I just don't see it reaching that point. Do you think website and forum interactions could be improved have features integrate with the game or is the gestapo presence here too intense? I only ask because we could have things similar to how eve/dust play out if we really wanted.

I'm not going to speculate, just going to say to wait and see what UI 2.0 has to offer. My main reason for replying, however, is to say that your written English is better than much of the stuff I read on forums across the web, so don't worry about it

They don't listen to us because "they think they know better". Obviously not all the spam here is bad.. but people with the good ideas and at least well intentioned are pretty much the same noise as the rest of the loudmouths.

It only take a poor "coolant thread of bad ideas" for the forums to flip upside down... it's not that hard anymore.

There's hundreds of people asking questions, they can't always answer your question, or maybe they already answered it, or maybe they don't want to answer it. It really doesn't matter, that's just the nature of Q&A's where there's no way to answer absolutely everyone's questions.

I don't think it's fair to say that "the Devs never listen to us." Look at what happened with consumables/coolant flush: their original idea for implementation was unappealing to players, players took to the forums in droves, and they redesigned the system.

I understand that the development of this game seems to have slowed and stagnated a bit, but I'm sure there's a lot going on behind the scenes that we just don't see. While the current state of the game is certainly "needs improvement," I still have hope for the future of this game.
