I have issues with unlocking skills and then they are not unlocked anymore. This has happened COUNTLESS times, most noticeably on the Jenner. I am sick of unlocking skills over and over again. I would like this fixed and my skills re unlocked or I am most likely going to quit playing as between this and the UI bugs I feel like i am playing SimWarrior.

1. Liking your own posts isn't going to win you any popularity contests.
2. This is the first I've heard of any kind of efficiency-unlock problem, and I've been playing since the first week of August last year.

Hello Durant, this has happened to me multiple times. Most noticeably with my Jenner's. I have unlocked the skills for a certain mech. I go to play the mech again, and they are missing. It's like I never unlocked them, but the XP ihas been used.

I haven't heard of that problem before, and believe me if it was a common problem there would be MAJOR QQ about it.
What variants of the Jenner do you have in your bays right now? Does it recognize that you have them in the Pilot tree mech categories by having them lit up? If you click on each one in the Pilot Lab listing, which efficiencies does it say you have purchased for each?
Also, on the web site, click Profile at the top, then click Stats, then click Mech Stats. What does it list for Matches Played, XP Earned and Time Played on the Jenner variants you own? Do the stats seem like they are correct?
For me:
JR7-D -- 190 matches, 153,086 XP Earned, 18:09:18
JR7-F -- 23 matches, 15,151 XP Earned, 01:51:21
JR7-K -- 25 matches, 17,152 XP Earned, 02:20:42
