They need to do regular video updates like what they do in the LOL f2p model, it keeps people coming back to the website to get new info and see kewl stuff and hear the game being talked about by the developers, plus creates alot more searchable youtube content for more potential players to come to the game.

I really hate it when devs stay silent for long periods of time or only offer tidbits of vague text.

Making video diaries takes up time they should be spending making the game :D

Uh, no, it takes very little effort to make a youtube video.

This. Even a 2 minute video would probably take 30 minutes of a developer's time. I'd rather he be working. (I don't really give a crap what the marketing guys do with their time though, so anything they can do without annoying the devs, go for it!)

Well... look at LOL, video diaries keep customers happy and interested. If they dont want to do it in development, fine. But they should do it after release.

Well, atm I don't need constant videos to be posted, but at the same time I feel like the only news concerning the game that we are getting is another announcement of 500 Beta Keys that have been handed out.
I understand that the devs don't want to show too much because its still in beta, but more screenshots and some information how the beta is going forward would be nice.
And especially a "real" Operation:Clarification, that actually clarifies some stuff to the point that us Non-NA Players can stop grinding their teeth about the "what if I can't play on the 17th July?" question.

Heres to hoping E3 will bring us some more information!
