Curbing Ppc+Gauss Alpha

The current heat multiplier system has effected a bit of the alpha meta except for the PPC+Gauss kit. While it doesn't bother everyone, there are enough people out there it does annoy so i came up with this idea (good or bad) to see what people think.

My idea was to add a charging time to the PPC family. In basic you would click to fire and you would hear the weapon charging and then fire a second after it has be activated and then take 3 seconds to cool down. This would mean that there would be a 1 second delay before it fires making alpha striking with PPC's and gauss combined much harder. Also adding a bit of character to the weapon and a awesome charging sound.

Simply <click> 1 second charging time <ppc fires> 3 second cool down for a total of 4 seconds between shots.

The DPS of the weapon would be the same except for the delay that gives the chance of the 2 weapons not pinpointing the same area.

Additional Idea's
1) Make the user require to hold the button down, but able to release during the cycle time so not to fire and prevent adding heat to the mech.

2) Once activated the weapon has to fire and is committed to firing no matter what happens.

3) Changing the charging time too 0.5 seconds and 3.5 seconds charging to keep the half second between shots during cycle mode to be unaffected.

4) Add the firing delay to the gauss rifles and leave the poor ppc's alone lol

Just an idea so be nice, but be honest :)
