Seriously. Whoever decided to start running big database jobs after hours... move it to REALLY after hours...

This is ridiculous.

I have noticed a lot of slow down in the forums of late across all hours of the day.

Yeah, I've noticed that the hamsters start slowing down right about the time I normally get home from work. Takes minutes to load a new page or post a message. All day it's fine, with minimal delays.

It matters a lot less to me, since it takes me so long to find anything now that they fragmented the forum into 100 parts I read and post a lot less...

The forum usually slows down around 9pm for me(12EST)

I've noticed this too and brought it up on twitter...
Actually, I came on here JUST to make a thread to say that every day at 9:00pm PST the forums are literally unusable.

Anyways. I hope they listen to this feedback.

Bummer. nothing you have control over then i guess, It's the servers that the website is hosted on?
