I bought 3000MC 18hours ago, and its still not in my account. Is this happeneing to anyone else right now?? Is there a big problem, or just me?? I know this problem has occured before, does PGI have a protocol on dealing with the problem at this point? I pay PGI MC for a day of premium time. Do I GET back any MC at a prorated rate, based on what I would pay in at? I believe MY time is premium as well. Just a suggestion.

I purchased MC as well and nothing. Checked my bank account and I was billed and its been removed. Ill give it a little time though

I've now been waiting 36 hrs. Still nothing. Not quite 24hrs since this was "escalated to the finance department". The sale on all the stuff I was gonna buy ends tomorrow.

I ended up getting refunded. Apparently even legit buyers are being flagged for "fraud" now

Must be nice. I have still not been refunded. And the sale ends tomorrow. I'll leave for work before they can possibly get me my refund, so now it looks like I'm screwed. I guess we'll wait and see.

HEY, I got my 3000MC, 20 minutes after the sale ended! Kudzu could've grown faster than this! So farm no word on any making it up to me. Only that it may be possible.

trivial fact:
Kudzu grows at a rate of one foot per day. That means that after waiting 4 full days Kudzu vines would've been able to overtake a PGI finance officer in the time it took me to get my situation resolved!

If you have ever gotten tired of waiting for a hotfix, or your own transaction to be resolved. Not just tired of it, but where you truly fely you had been wronged, reply to this. Reply anything, just to keep it at the top of forums. Let them all know.....

Kudzu is faster.

OMG, where did i get my data? i thought the internet was never wrong?? I am truly embarrassed now. I shall edit my post to be more accurate. I truly apologize to the entire community AND Devs for this inaccuracy, as that was not and would never be my intent. I wish for my smart-alecking to be factual. Obviously, I should only envison One person, with vines up to their waist, as the plant overtook them in less time than it took them to get my MC.

Niko, I appreciate your concern, but think you missed the point. I bought the MC on Tuesday, with the intent of using it during the sale. PGI was awarded funds from my bank account instantly. I let them know within ten minutes that there was a problem with the transaction, and more specifically, that I was concerned about getting the MC in time to spend it during the Spring sale. I was not awarded any MC until some 4 days later, at 10:20am PDT, right after the sale was over. Reppu is currently looking further into the situation to see if any thing can be done, since I no longer have enough MC to buy the items I had planned, since the sale is now over. Reppu does not have the direct authority to just do something, approval must be gotten. So the question now is.... "How tall could Kudzu grow before I get a response?"
