Oh I know they're quick to answer. Had a problem where my account suddenly stopped existing. Turns out a bunch of people were affected. Supposedly one of their servers holding my info went down. It was the only slow reply (they didn't respond until after it was brought back online, to say it went down and to "try it now"). With over 320 dollars into the game, and a fair amount of bug hunting and cause-finding, I usually get quick replies.
But even before that when I was fresh, I sent in an email of my first impressions on the first match. Story of the more fun match, some minor concerns, etc. Within 20 minutes or so I got a response thanking me for my impressions, glad I enjoyed it, and addressing the concerns. It was signed by Ross. *Glee!*
I got much of what I wanted to see. Damage effects are in. Some of the mechs are showing different barrels when you change weapons. Fixes were done to Flamers (a little more excessive than what I would have liked). We have button presses instead of "10, 9, 8..." Still waiting on the screens (which was halted to continually address the bugs), being able to play with the hud off with most of what I need on the screens, and destructible props.
