This song dealt with themes similar to the ones found in "Fare Thee Well MechWarrior" and it really struck me, so I wanted to put some images to the music.
Music: The Water by Johnny Flynn (feat. Laura Marling)

He introduced me to battletech in the early 80's, he collected and painted hundreds of the minis, had a filing cabinet with stat sheets for every varient, collected the novels, the TRO's and the expansion sets, if it was BT he bought it. You would be hard pressed to find a more dedicated BT geek
I learned yesterday he contracted Pneumonia, and died in the Royal Prince Alfred hospital earlier this year
Cheers my friend and <S>

Friend of mine she is part of a motorcycle organization that hosts (and attends) events for fallen veterans and their families. She told me about how kids of fallen soldiers will make little plastic hearts with their little finger prints on them and they give them to the riders as a thank you for all they've done to help remember their lost fathers and mothers. omg rips your F'in heart out. Im welling up and tears are forming in my eyes just thinking about it.

For the dedication of those that have fallen shall not rest as their names march rank and file as long as we remember.
