Hello,
I haven't discovered a way to sell what i have in my inventory yet. I've switched to an energy mech and forgot to sell the Ac20, gauss and whatever i had in my inventory.
I also had an xl300 that I wanted to sell but my current mech can go up to 275 max.
Please help me.
Thanks,
Vlad

A sell button is still missing in the inventory.
The only way to sell equipment is to equip them on your mech, then click on them and select "sell" button.

Recommend you don't sell, because you only get half what you paid, and you'll probably find you need those items on another build one day.
But if you want to sell, you will see a sell button appear under the 'Description' column, when you click on an item you own in the Equipment list.
That is not correct.

As Appogee said, this isn't correct. You have to Modify a mech, and select a section of the mech that can equip the inventory you want to get rid of. In other words, you can't sell Ballistic weapons using a Stalker, or single heat sinks on a mech converted to use doubles.
If you click an item in your inventory, there will be a "Sell" button in the information display for that inventory item (See Wolf Ender's ninja post). Clicking that, you can select the number of items you want to sell. you don't have to actually equip the item on your mech, just click on it in your inventory. You also can't sell ammo (Can only get rid of it by putting it on a mech that you are selling, worth 0).
Be careful selling mechs as well, you DO NOT get money back for any modules loaded onto the mech, even if you opt to sell items. Pull your modules first before selling a mech if you intend on keeping them.
Edit: Ninja post reference

The XL300 is a common engine in many builds. You might want to keep that for future use.
Personally, I have never sold any equipment. I guess I will eventually, but right now, I have all kinds of extra parts. This is nice because I can swap my builds around without spending much CB.
It also shows how silly some of the default load-outs are. For example, my unused inventory currently contains 26 engines, 69 energy weapons, 27 ballistics, 31 missile launchers ... probably hundreds of Single Heat Sinks ... hrm, maybe I should sell some of this stuff after all...

I know how to sell items when I can equip them on a mech. My mistake was to sell the mech before i had the chance to sell everything else.
I had no other mechs than the trial ones and then I bought an energy/missle mech. So I am not able to see any balistics weapons so i can sell them. I want to sell those weapons without needing to buy another mech that has balisstic hardpoints.
And also biggest engine I can fit on a mech is an xl275 and the xl300 doesn't highlight on my inventory.
I'm not a hoarder. I keep everything at bare minimum. If i'm bored with it, I move on. I don't keep more than one personal mech. It's possible than i would change the mech in the same day I bought it. Thanks for the advice anyway
