The photoshopping itself isn't of entirely poor quality, but it is so absolutely vacant of creativity that it kind of hurts to look at. Not to mention there are so many more insulting and colorful ways you could twist the rassel frassel name and yet, whoever made the image, decided to go with this. Disheartening.
