I was pretty sure that the most successful PPC stalkers did not use 6. They use 4: 2 ER and 2 regular.

I meant, like... 2 ER PPCs in the arms and 2 regular ppcs in the torso, or...?
.

Tried them in the days of yore in my hexa Stalker, and now use none. They run too hot, and I only ever miss the range on Hellpine.

The most successfull Stalker has 2ER-PPCs and a Heavy Gauss Rifle.... any other thing is a "SLO" (Stalker Like Object) you can not name it Stalker.

I love PPC Stalkers who don't have any ER PPCs. I run towards them for a hug, like some socially awkward teenager pretending to be drunk at parties so it doesn't seem so creepy when he's randomly hugging all the hot chicks he would normally never dare to approach.
Not me, some guy I know.

I would recommend all PPCs in the arms. They might be worse armored, but you don't get into silly situation where you can't hit an enemy too far up or down.
And I'd probably - against all compulsive symmetry requirements - put 2 ER PPCs on one arm, and 2 PPCs on the other arm. Better convergence results.

PPCs and ERPPCs are not exclusive to Stalkers btw. I've heard that there are many lights with PPCs lately. I think we are going in the right direction, that is...over the edge. But that's good. We were standing a few feet from the edge and PGI said "working as intended". Now when the smoking carcass of MWO is finally lying dead in the crater...I'm really thrilled to see how long this'll go on. ^^

ATD 37 suggested they may have seen the light there, but it was obscure and vague.......

Ah, that was the late 90s for me. Wait, not me, some dude I know.
I like the sense of danger present in a non-er boat though. Like light mech reverse Russian roulette. And nothing is cooler than ignoring a light to swat some other mech outside humping range. Impending doom, like a boss.
