Yeah, no I agree with Pariah. I understand what you are looking for, but I think most female MechWarrior will be turned off where you are explicitly looking for females. Makes it sound like you are forming a Clan to hook up with chicks, not to play a game.

CGBI is one of the top 15 units in the game right now. Our dens have done fine with no female commanders (this is only due to a shortage of female MW in our unit... I mean how many ladies want to be called a Bear )

Please explain why it needs to be 3 female commanders? Vs just 3 commanders? We are trying to assist you in developing your touman, and by our questioning it, you are clarifying for prospective Warriors of your unit.

We have a couple females in the nova cats too, but it just sorta happened. We certainly were not looking for gender equality. Or hook ups.

Does gender really mater? I mean, female, male. Long a they do a good job its all good, right? FEMALE commander would imply you like to have a woman tell you what to do, like a fetish. And that right there is creepy.
