In a typical cartoon or story, there will typically be characters portraited based on their characteristics and personality.

How would you see some mechs act and be like in RL or in TV shows?

Here's how I see some mechs:

Atlas, the biggest, meanest bully on the play ground. Doesn't give a crap and always punches others for lunch money.
Heavy Metal. Some guy that always plays music where ever it goes and trying to impress girls with it's sexy clothings.
Centurion. Soldiers! They look grim... wait are they evil then?
Awesomes. They are jocks. WORK THOSE BICEPS!

I always thought mechs had personalities.
Cougar: The new kid in town. Imagine him with a cap.
MadCat: Fiesty fellow with a grin.
Uziel: Have no idea but I imagine "her" missile rack as a black wig. She is a old hag ready to destroy.
Templar: A quiet guy.

I pretty much imagine any of the clan mechs with a cocky attitude.

Awesome - huge guy streaking down the middle of a busy street hopped up on copious amounts of stimulants.

I like to think of the Jenner as a rat like Ankle shark. To get in the mood of this, first paint your Jenner w/ Phranken, Primary and Tertiary Black, Secondary (I think that's the one that's the mouth interior as some bright neon color of your choosing. I'm fond of Light Blue, Orange, and Lime.

Spider is the skinny little punk. Kintaro (or Hunchie, that works too) is the big kid. Unfortunately it doesn't go as well for the Hunchie/Taro as it does for the big kid in that vid...

Kintaro: Asian Friend
Hunchback: Quasimodo
Spider: that annoying kid that will never leave you alone and always finds you
Jenner: The jogger in your neighborhood
Locust: The kind of guy that eats all your food before you realise it.
Raven: Emo kid?
