That would be way too good
I've tested that,looks like there is no XP bonus - or at least it is not listed openly at the scoreboard.

Well, I can't say I'm surprised, but it would have been pretty funny if that bonus was included.

The first time I ever saw this build was back in closed beta, piloted by the best pilot I've ever seen, even to this day. Whoever was driving that jenner was so good with jumpjet maneuvers that they were almost untouchable. Regardless of the skill (or lack thereof) of his opponents, it was an amazing sight.

That XP bonus is, to be honest, laughable. If you only want (C) mech for it, it is better to convert XP to GXP using MC equal to mech's price.
As for the mech itself - it's really good (finally, new players ar not stucked with crappy stock builds!), but again, I'd rather buy stock Jenner and spend more CB to upgrade it. On the other hand - if someone wants to buy a mech with MC and doesn't have that Jenner already it should be a no-brainer.

Not bad, enjoyed running it for some fast paced action. SSRM's ended a few of my missions, but otherwise I was able to fight quite well.
