[Suggestion/gamemode] Recovery Mission

Had an idea to provide some reason for picking mechs with hands (without needing melee combat etc)...

A variant on conquest and capture the flag type gameplay.

Special development required:
1) Identification of mechs with hand actuators.
2) Animation of mechs with hand actuators for 'pick up', 'put down' and 'carry'. Pick up would require forced movement of the player mech to the 'pick up target'. Mechs currently 'carrying' may not fire weapons. Loss of an arm results in the carried object being dropped at the carrying mech's location.

Scenario Design:
Each team has a starting base.
Each map has 5 damaged mechs on it. Each mech has a mission recorder that must be recovered. This is done by picking up the object and carrying it back to base, then putting it down in the base capture area.
It is possible to 'steal' from the enemy base.

Victory Conditions:
Destroy all enemy mechs.
Recover and hold 3 or more mission recorders for 2 minutes.

Timeout Victory Conditions:
Recover more mission recorders than enemy team.
Inflict more damage than enemy team.
