I have to admit, my love is for the mechs of the Succession wars, so I tend to focus on the 2750 TRO and the 3025 TRO. Actually was working with HanaYuriko back when to compile a fan art TRO, but TBH, with the EULA, I decided to yank ALL of my own stuff off of here.
Anyhow.. back on subject......
a few that need serious love:
Kintaro
Quickdraw
Valkyrie (extra challenge.. blend enough Unseen elements to be recognizable, while different enough to be HG free!)
would love to see your take on my take of the Wolfhound.....

just a few off the top.....

id love to do all those on the list, was thinking of the kintaro the other day as well. As for the valkyrie, i really love the original art, if i do a revision on it, it would probably still resemble the original version. quickdraw is really interesting as well. hmmmm choices....

I agree... I think the thing I am enjoying best about these ones from Sommer, is while they are true to the source material, they seem a fresh take, when TBH, a lot of the stuff myself, and several of the others are doing either feel kinda stale in some cases, or in the case of ShortPainter, while awesome, tend to be TOO far out in feel from the original (still awesome, just lose a lot of the Battletechy feel). Plus I enjoy the energy of the art style.

I've tried... and tried, and have NEVER been happy with any version I have done. I think I will have to try again.
