I did already put my corrected name The Crow2k in the thread a while back but I assumed it was an ongoing thing (since my name capitalisation had not changed) then I noticed the thread was gone ?

I also need to get this fixed; it irritates me that when I signed up for the site it rejected the capital letters in my name.

Yeah, I'm having this issue as well. Name should read "Alexander Diaz" not "alexander diaz". Posted in General, not knowing where to post. Noticed the thread here was deleted and wondering whats up with that. Link to my original post included

Same issue as well. My name should read IIntrude. If this is fixable I would be greatly appreciative.

Thats what the original thread Kyle put up was for, then it was deleted. I put this thread up to find out why that thread was deleted but so far no answer ;)

Kyle Polulak said:

There was a small glitch effecting a portion of users who signed up during a certain time-frame. Your pilot names were lowercased along with your email address when it should have been just your email address. The issue has been resolved, however some of you would like your capitalization back. This topic is where you can request a change.

Here is the process:
  • Post only the correct capitalization of your pilot name. Posting anything other than just the correct capitalization of your name will be deleted. Your name cannot change from 'name' to 'Please change my name to Name.' No other characters other than your name must be in the post.
  • Absolutely no name changes will be permitted.
  • Once the process is complete your post will be deleted to keep the topic clean for other users. Once your post is deleted, the process is instant. Refresh your profile to see the change.
  • Any posts that do not follow this process will be deleted.
Just to reiterate, only capitalization will fixed in your name. Adding removing characters/spaces is not part of this process.

I'm looking for help with this as well, need the "r" capitalized in my name, signed up during that period and did not visit this forum during the time this thread was apparently active.
