Hi

Sometimes it is usefully to use the mouse click to return to the game.

e.g. after altering some settings in the key menu, the User have the focus on the Mousepointer anyway, so he uses the mouse to return to the game...

So i think it would be usefully to implement a "Resume to game" button into the ingame ESC menu.
