Damage Not Registering

Anyone else getting this problem?

Example

Firing upon a mech and 1 of 3 things happen :-

1. Damage is registered as normal combat and all is fine, damage is dealt to areas your aiming at and hit.

2. Damage isnt being dealt although the graphics are showing that you have hit the mech but the paper doll is showing no effect and neither is the mech your shooting at, neither does the end of match stats tally up. (I was observing another player unload 3 volleys of duel ac20's to the same spot in the back of a mech (jenner) and it show no damage done at all, now by all accounts the jenner should have been scrap metal).

3. Although you all the visuals show you have hit the mech only partial damage is being registered, again i was observing another pilot in a different match, he was firing upon a really badly beaten up atlas, no arms an was crit center torso, he unloaded 2 large lasers and 3 medium lasers into the mech, 3 times and it didnt drop just went a slightly deeper color red.

I was just wondering if any other mech pilots have noticed this or does anyone have a viable reason for this occurance?

From a game yesterday: Me -- CatapultC1 with 3 LL, 2 SRM6s and a ping of about 50. Him -- Jenner with no back armor.

I shot this guy with my three large lasers *four times* in the no-armor, no protection backside and not only did he survive, he eventually turned on me and took out my enormous, easy-target cockpit.

I can't swear he took no damage at all, but he sure as heck didn't die. I wish my Jenner had 70+ internal hitpoints in the back torso...

Had this happen last night quite a bit, it seems to get worse the later it gets here..

Yesterday during the afternoon to about 4 o'clockI didn't notice it....
Then later I engaged a highlander on Alpine Valley about 10:00 pm EST, I hit him square in the chest with 2 ERPPCs at 300 meters he took damage, he had already been hit, and it was late in the match, he backed up and slid down the side of a mountain near the small city by base, I went after him, I myself slid down the spot where he had last been, and found him at just under 200 meters, I again hit him with 2 ERPPCs and removed what remained of his CT armor, he took a hit from a teammate, my teammate then was dropped by another Mech, my other teammate that was already dead who was spectating me, and also in TeamSpeak was giving intel... I closed to 150 to 120 meters I can't say which, then I emptied 2 more ERPPCs along with the 2-LBX10s (Alpha) I also had, he lit up, but appeared to take no CT damage, I was at 100 Meters, and I waited for him to land, and hit him again with 2-ERPPCs, and 2-LBX10s, square on CT, his internals (without armor) did not change color, he ran behind a building, I maneuvered to catch him going around a small building/structure, and used the time to cool down a bit.. The Highlander used his JJs shot me square, I took damage, but lost no weapons, while he was hovering I hit him with another 2-ERPPCs, and 2-LBX10s, and still no kill.. At that point I was dropped by an enemy Mech from behind.. All during this exchange my teammate spectating "ME" was saying, "ok you got him..wait, what..??", then "ok you got him this time... no way", he couldn't believe it, and I was at a loss as well.

I guess sometimes the LBX-10 is just that bad, even 2 of them.. Oh well.

Did someone call in an airstrike?
More likely he got power ups from shooting down the overflying aircraft.
Yup last patch.
Reds - Maximum Dps, multiply the dps of your weapons by 75% for 60 seconds.
Blues - Super PPC's, terrain ignoring all the way across the map selectable head or center torso busta.
Greens - Neverheat, your mech won't overheat for 130 seconds.
Oranges - Hitbox shrinka, shrink your hitbox down to unhitable Raven 3L size for 130 seconds.
Violets - Super Duper ECM, the ultimate in power ups complete protection from lasers,particle beams,ballistics, and missles for
180 seconds.
Yellows - UltiHighlighter, highlights a selected part of an enemy mech in a brillant yellow glow which can be seen thru terrain.
PS don't do the head to much would't want to called a hacker ya know. 120 seconds
Purples - Instaport, teleport to any given point on the map.

What manner of gibberish posted was that..??? All that came across was clicks and whistles...

spider shuts down, I ac20 him square in the back,(app. 90 meters) he runs away like nothing happened. Same with commando. Same with jenner on its legs. another instance of doing the benny hill run around with commando and land 3 ac20's to left torso,commando running around injured, but still intact and takes my arm off with med lasers. Im no sharp shooter by any stretch of the imagination, but something is def screwy with damage registering or failing to do so. very frustrating.
