Wondering if Comstar will be a faction, and can you join the Comguard for the battle of Tukayyid for the fight against the clans in 3051? I know its a ways away after the release, but just wondering.

Well there is still what 4 years after the start of the game until that battle, but its a big one for sure lol.

I don't think it makes much sense to have Comstar as a player faction. First they facilitate the clan invasion until Terra is revealed as the Clanners goal then they reveal this big bad Lostech army they've had the whole time that would've been useful in fighting the clans all along.

We, the players will never be ComStar as I understand.

Not until after the Battle of Tukayyid if at all. They just weren't getting directly involved before that.

This would actually make sense to me. They're quietly manipulating and controlling everything while keeping all the best toys for themselves. Shouldn't really be a player thing when I think about it.

Playable faction or not, the only good comguard is a fragged comguard.
