I've never heard of yandex or sberbank.

They are not supported payment options. you would have to contact ultimatepay for payment issues since they are the 3rd party that handles the transactions.

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyBookers, Traveler's Express Moneygram, or Online Banking.

Yandex and Sberbank are only big in Russia, not the rest of the world.

You will have to communicate with your bank and with UltimatePay.

PGI / IGP cannot help you.
