I take that Misery is a Stalker hero mech we've all been waiting on. Well, if that's the case, then how about an Atlas hero mech, please.

Already have a unique-ish variant in the Founder's Atlas--we probably won't see an Atlas hero until all the other chasses get some C-bill bonus love.

its a stalker with a ballistic slot. Just one tho, so no OMG P2W nutjobs can go screaming. It might have to sacrifice a lot in other areas of the mech to get that gun, or an AC20. Like the already low maneuverability being even slower in turning and toso twisting. Theres a lot of other balancing things PGI can do to mechs to make each one different, even if there hard-points are the same or similar.

Well, I can think of one hero that will get every one to drool profusely: Morgan Hasek-Davion! He piloted an Atlas in the Warrior series by Mike Stackpole And I'd love to have his gold and black `Mech for myself. Hell, I'll pay the 9850 MC to get it.

According to the Ask The Devs, the next two Hero Mechs they said were mechs that were already in the game, that is, someone asked them if they will follow the formula like they did the Highlander releasing the Hero Mech before the paid variants. So we have the Misery now which is a Stalker variant. What would make sense is a Light Mech next but no Light Mech has a Hero variant unless they do like the Cicada and make it based off a Clan version which the chassis closely matches. The Strider was based off the Cicada which is why the X-5 has missile tubes.
So, the Spider has a heavier cousin named Venom and the Raven has a heavier cousin named Men Shen.

They can just make it have these load outs while keeping the weight the same. If we avoid the similar chassis then the only thing I could find is this:

Which would be an unnamed one that Peter Steiner Davion piloted. Oops, it's a JagerMech and the one he piloted does not list which variant it was on sarna.net

I would have thought the so called Hero Mech STK Misery would be something special? The turn lock is poor, the twist is poor, the engine is not upgraded, the horizontal movement for arms is poor, all they done was take a STK (not the F) put a canon slot on it gave it a paint job and that's it! then they ask about (£20 UK) for it !!!!!!!!!!!! An excellent review of this Mech can be seen on YouTube done by the one and only, mack1. go to YouTube and look up Mackscornor he has all so done reviews of other stuff on MechWarrior on line.. and other games.. this man is a geniuses! He has done another updated review of this Mech...........
