That's just the blue sky reflecting off of the glass.

looks cool. i think they decide the color depending on the concept art?
actually you are right. all other mechs have orange cockpit glass regardless of concept art. this must have been an oversight.
it would be nice if in the future they allow us to pick the color of cocpit in camo specs.

That mech is wearing a weight belt.

Can you show me any screenshots of existing mechs with blue cockpit glass, or any other colours depending on their surrounding? As far as I can tell, it's always orange, regardless of the sky.
the founder hunchback have green cockpit glass, too bad it is not tinted from the inside.
actually, I think all the founder mechs have green glass.

Ok, I know this is off topic, but who the heck builds centurions or dragons that are that slow?

the cockpits are typically gold colored, or they have a layer of gold on them which, Nasa uses 24k gold leaf to help block out solar/cosmic radiation, and other forms of harmfull light and radiation. It would make sense this would be carried over to outer-space robots.
On a different it would be funny to see an atlas cut a promo on a raven, then the raven slide into the ring like a charging bull and put him down on a 1,2,3, count..

Honestly these are all still probably WIP pictures. I image the finished release mech's cockpit will look the same as every other mech.
