this poll is funny. the weapon that kills me teh least is ppc. this game is more gaussrifle online than ppc online.
i see multiple gauss rifles, ac10/20 for every ppc that i see.

PPC's r not broken. The games heat system is.

if u couldnt boat so many ppc's there wouldnt be a problem.

Once the heat capacity is reduced and cooldown rate increased, aswell as adding overheat penalties, there wont be any issue with PPC's.

nerfing ppc's by increasing heat will just screw up 'normal' builds that use 1 or 2 of them.

I was tyhinking the same thing... i do not see many Gauss Rifles as PPCs. You do not see 6 Gauss Stalkers.

I decided to play a highlander last night - the PPCs seemed to be severely overheating my mech with only two. Did they change the heat mechanics -more so than normal- on them in the last patch - a secret nerf patch?

or you are a dramaqueen that overstates everything. i see lot of LL boating cats, few trial mechs scattered around, lot of gauss rifle atlas. also see a lot of mediums with dual ac's. but very rarely do i see a ppc boat. maybe 1 out of 10 matches do i see a ppc boat. also see a lot of gauss toting highlanders. occasionally i see a light runnin around with a ppc on it, but that is about the same as ppc boats i see.
