My question is: Do you have your driver settings forcing
anything? That can be used successfully, but there are certain settings/cards that result in really wacky stuff.
For example, if I use my driver settings to force Anti-aliasing (because MWO's is awful) I get this awesome thing where terrain is transparent. Not exactly like your screenshot, but very close. It'd be a flat out exploit as I can see mechs everywhere, except that moving around is extremely difficult without being able to see terrain.
If you've changed your global driver settings, make a MWO profile with Application Default or Application Controlled for *everything*. If you haven't, make sure you don't have a profile for MWO doing anything.
